Service Description

The Discovery Discussion & Coaching Session is designed for us to get better acquainted with one another. Although the relationship of coach:client is professional, we will most certainly explore topics that are personal. Therefore, it's my goal to ensure you are well-informed of the care and integrity I hold; not just as a wellness coach, but also as someone who cares about your wellbeing. After sharing with one another and learning about each other's personality types, communication styles, and your core motivations, you will have an opportunity to experience a coaching session with me. At the end of our Discovery Discussion and Coaching Session you will have an opportunity to select from available wellness coaching plans, and we can go over agreement details if you decide you'd like to begin or continue your wellness journey with me as your coach. This is when the excitement, fun and real work will begin!
